Lynsie Murley
Lynsie Murley, 24, of Amarillo, Texas, has won a lawsuit against the TSA. Murley sued the Transport Security Administration after an agent exposed her breasts during a security screening at an airport, in 2008. Murley will receive a monetary compensation from the TSA.
Murley filed her lawsuit in 2010, saying she suffered embarrassment and humiliation after the incident in May 2008, at a Corpus Christi airport. She claimed a TSA agent pulled down her blouse, thus exposing her breasts to many people in the vicinity. Murley said the agents joked and laughed about her. A male agent said he would have liked to see her breasts in real time but lamented he was only left with the option of seeing her chest in the security video footage.
Murley allegedly received a small compensation but her lawyer said she had sued to make a point about the improper behavior of the TSA.
