Xiang Xun Shao, 39, of New York, was caught for trespassing at Newark Airport. The incident occurred on Sunday, July 17, 2011.
Shao jumped over a mechanical barrier before running on the tarmac of the airport. Shao fell down and was overtaken by Port Authority police who quickly apprehended him. Shao was sent to a hospital, for a mental evaluation.
This is the second incident within a week of a man trespassing on airport grounds. Previously, less than a week ago, a nude man climbed over a fence near a fuel storage facility at the JFK Airport, in New York.
